Working within the Reconciliation Team, they will prepare various daily bank account reconciliations.
They will also be involved with identifying and researching complex banking issues while helping create and maintain a positive and cohesive environment.
They will assist the Team Leader with various projects that involve the Accounting Department.
They will assist with the coordination of duties to ensure all critical functions are completed timely, daily and at the absence of other team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reconciles assigned bank accounts daily
Oversee daily bank balances
Assists with information requests from various Paycom employees.
Troubleshoot problem situations and work with other teams and departments to resolve promptly
Research, identify, follow up and resolve any outages or discrepancies
Be available, approachable and willing to assist other team members and departments
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma
Experience:
1+ years of general work experience

1+ years of accounting or bank operations experience
Skills/Abilities:
Basic knowledge of banking transactions and reconciliation processes
