BASIC PURPOSE : Reconcile invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments are made.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure accuracy of invoice and internal data before processing invoices.
Calculate adjustments in system as needed.
Proactively contact suppliers to request credits for incorrect billing, missing invoices, etc.
Work frequently with other departments and outside companies to obtain necessary information to payable match invoices accurately.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
Assist supervisor with special projects.
Assist in updating weekly metrics for the department.
Other duties assigned as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education:
High school Diploma or equivalent required
Some college a plus
Experience:
Experience in analyzing and/or auditing large amounts of data and data entry.

Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting knowledge
Soft Skills: Excellent oral and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, ability to multi task, team player, and keen attention to detail
Typical Physical Demands:
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
Requires normal range of hearing and vision
