*Christian Counselor for Private Practice*
Family Christian Counseling is seeking a qualified and compassionate Christian counselor for part-time hours to join our growing private practice.
This is a W-9 position.
*Counselor Duties and Responsibilities*
● Counseling individuals (adults and/or children), couples, families, and/or groups
● Working knowledge of Scripture with ability to provide pastoral counseling in a private practice environment
● Diagnosing client mental and emotional disorders
● Developing a course of therapy for treatment
● Educating clients and family members on strategies and coping skills
● Providing complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to in-house policies
*Counselor Requirements and Qualifications*
● Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a similar field
● State counseling license (LPC, LMFT, LCW)
● Previous experience with faith-based Christian Counseling
●Currently credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of OK or other major insurances (if not, willing to become credentialed)
● Strong critical thinking, communication, and listening skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.
