The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of assigned DRG programs and projects.
The PM is charged with responsibility for all aspects of the particular programs and projects to include program requirements, risk, quality, concurrency, configuration and system safety management, as well as the execution of proposed plans and schedules.
The PM has the authority to perform day-to-day operations, but must consult with senior leadership prior to making any decisions that impact budget, schedule, requirements or deliverables.
Essential Duties of the Position Responsible for ensuring all contract requirements are met including management, operations, maintenance support, and/or engineering change proposal modifications and upgrades.
Serves as the primary interface focal with the prime contractor program authorities and subcontract suppliers for technical, operational, system sustainment, procurement, personnel, and administrative issues.
Serves as the principle point of interface between DRG Corporate leadership, program personnel, subcontract suppliers, and the primary customer.
Assists in the bid and proposal process as well as other program assistance as directed.
Assists Corporate Program Managers with tasks as directed.
Coordinates with corporate functional areas for personnel support and meeting contractual requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, 1 year program support experience.
Collective bargaining agreement and labor relations knowledge a plus.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Familiar with Federal Procurement Process a plus.
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance, if applicable to assigned projects.
