Center Sales Manager duties included Answering phone with AAMCO script Meeting and greeting customers Ordering parts and inventory Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles repairs Managing and tracking lead counts as well as customer satisfaction ratings Verify invoices with work orders Building work orders for quote Following up on Accounts receivables Maintaining work flow in the shop Tracking hours on all jobs and techs Selling and closing jobs, while maintaining excellent customer service Managing a 2-4 tech shop Requirements: Management and Sales experience "REQUIRED" Experience running a shop a plus, but not required Great phone etiquette a must Desire to want to be in the automotive retail sales industry Positive personality a must Valid Drivers license Excellent customer service skills Above average computer skills Multi tasking abilities What We Offer: Competitive compensation packages, with the OPPORTUNITY TO EARN A 6 FIGURE INCOME!!!
