Must be able to commute to: Oklahoma City Office- Robinson Avenue, Leadership Square About The Role: We are looking for an energetic, technically passionate senior individual to join our dynamic Onboarding team.
You will help implement our Thentia Cloud product for our customers using modern JavaScript and implementation best practices.
You’ll get to work on a wide range of customer projects, using the latest JS frameworks, working with a tight knit team of talented individuals.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with our technical and delivery teams as well as our customers to ensure that our platform is deployed and configured to meet their unique needs Responsibilities: Participate in internal project team status meetings and technical onboarding team meetings to share knowledge and best practices for customer implementations Coach and support junior members on the team including leading code reviews Own customer implementation/migration technical tasks such as building ETL scripts for data migrations, implementing integrations, building automation as opportunities are identified (data mapping/migration, etc.
), and additional technical configurations as required.
Produce quality focused results and resolve and troubleshoot technical problems which arise during the implementation and deployment of the Thentia Cloud product.
Leverage structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of implementations.
Liaise with the Product team for features/enhancements and areas of opportunity to improve the efficiency of technical implementations.
Gathering and deploying requirements and work in a customer facing role Design, code, test, debug, and document implementations Qualifications: This is a hybrid role and must be able to commute to our Toronto office 5+ years experience with Java + JavaScript.
Experience with leading new feature development and building out solution strategies accordingly Demonstrated experience with server-side programming languages such Java, PHP, C#, Python etc.
