As a Guest Service Representative, you are often the first and last teammate our guests interact with.
You will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories.
You will be responsible for attending to the needs of our guests during their stay and offering our unconditional satisfaction guarantee.

* Handling guest check-in and check-out in an accurate and efficient manner.
* Providing guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making guests feel welcomed and addressing concerns promptly.
* Communicating with teammates and being a team leader.
