· Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all guest accounts are balanced at end of shift.
· Answer phones and assist callers with questions or reservations.
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby at all times.
Keep all lobby literature and area information up-to-date and organized.
· Assist with other duties as assigned by management, such as handling guest inquiries, making recommendations for local attractions or restaurants, and ensuring all guests have a pleasant stay.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
