Bradford House in Oklahoma City, OK is looking for one pm full time front desk supervisor to join our 52 person strong team.
We are located on 1235 Nw 38th Street.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.
The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and staff.
Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and helping guests.
The Front Desk Supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.

Responsibilities
· Supervise front desk, staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
· Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
· Monitor evening operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
· Manage reservations and room availability
· Ensure the accuracy of billing and payment processes
· Monitor and review guest feedback
· Resolve customer complaints
· Train and coach front desk staff
· Run relevant reports
· Ensuring hotel charges are processed diligently to guest's accounts, invoices are accurate, billing instructions are verified, all necessary supporting bills and vouchers are attached for direct settlements
· Greeting and seating restaurant guests
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
· Receive, disperse, and inventory deliveries
Qualifications
Front Desk Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in a customer service role
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Proven leadership and organizational skills
· Working knowledge of hotel management systems
· Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
· Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
