NBC Oklahoma is looking for a full-time customer service professional in Oklahoma City at our location at 13401 N Pennsylvania Ave.
Hours are weekdays from 8 a.
m.
to 5 p.
m.
Banking experience is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Fielding phone calls from customers to assess their needs, as well as processing customer transactions with professionalism, accuracy and courtesy
- Assisting NBC customers and all NBC branch locations - Altus, Enid, Kingfisher and Oklahoma City - with account inquiries
- Handling customer complaints and working through sensitive issues to resolution
- Assisting customers and staff with fraud reporting
- Reviewing account holds and online statement checkbacks
- Performing instant issue processing, stop payments, automatic ACH, transfers, etc.
-Maintaining strict confidentiality guidelines
- Other duties as required by management
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, but not required
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
