Front Desk Agent: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm Duties: - Greet guests and provide them with exceptional customer service - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills: - Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations - Ability to provide exceptional guest services and resolve guest complaints effectively - Familiarity with hotel management systems and front desk procedures Willing to train the right individual.
Marriott experience a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $11.
