Intake Support Specialist

Are you passionate about providing top-notch support to a fast paced team of Intake Experts in a dynamic call center environment? The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to the Intake Center.
*You will be responsible for:* * Incrementally improving towards a time-to-contact goal * Staying productive and always looking for learning opportunities.
* Provide timely support to Intake Staff.
* Respond promptly to text messages and Slack messages to ensure effective communication.
* Manage customer interactions on the Woo platform.
* Set service call backs and assign them to the appropriate team members.
* Implement and maintain follow-up procedures for effective task tracking.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.

_ Work Hours: FullTime -40hrs a week 8 hour shift.
Weekend availability Availability to switch between 9am-6 pm and 11 am-8 pm, *Qualifications:* * Willingness to take initiative and tackle things on your own.
* Ability to navigate data and people to find answers.
* Be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
* Keep focused on repetitive, fast-paced tasks that require multitasking and data accuracy.
* Your average wpm should be between 60-90.
As well as the ability to type notes while on the phone.
* Basic understanding of Excel and email platforms such as Gmail.
Experience navigate multiple screens, and relaying information promptly.
