*We are currently hiring for the following full-time schedules on the Day Shift:*
*Day Shift: 7:45am to 4:00pm*
* *Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday*

This position involves answering calls from clients, chauffeurs and customers of our clients to assist with reservations, dispatch, location updates and more.

Responsibilities include:
* Courteously and energetically answer phones and respond to client questions and concerns
* Schedule and enter reservations into client systems
* Professionally and promptly respond to emails and confidently communicate via online chat program
* Effective communication with chauffeurs to ensure flawless execution of client transportation needs
* Anticipate and manage unexpected changes and incidents
Knowledge & Skills:
* Proven ability to provide excellent customer service while managing multiple inbound phone lines and competing tasks; excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication
* Exceptional capacity to quickly learn various reservations software systems
* Outstanding problem-resolution skills
* Excellent attention to detail required while effectively and efficiently communicating with clients, chauffeurs, vendors, and co-workers
* Call center and previous reservations and/or dispatch experience preferred

Pay: $15.
