What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Quality Assurance Specialist.
This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization.
As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you are key to the team in ensuring quality standards are met and policy is adhered to.
You assist in the development and documentation of quality assurance plans, process documentation, and collecting and reviewing quality-centric data.
More About the Role:
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner.
The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.
The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.
Responsibilities:
Supports implementation of process improvements in support of readiness activities by coordinating internal documentation and data reviews, tracking corrective actions, and coordinating communication
Perform random quality audits and evaluations to ensure the highest level of service is being provided.
Evaluate negative surveys, investigate complaints or performance concerns.
Track results and analyze to identify concerns and provide reports to management recommending improvements.
Support the development and documentation of standardized QA processes and establish/modify assessment criteria based on applicable standards.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD Secret Clearance
BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized or AA/AS +8 years recent specialized or a major cert + 7 years recent specialized or 10 years of recent specialized experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
An active DoD Secret or higher clearance
Understanding of service desk and/or call center operations and metrics
Experience with ISO related quality programs.
ITIL Foundation or higher ITIL certification
Quality certifications such as Six Sigma
Experience working in the Department of Defense

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $62,200-$130,600.
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
