Customer Success Agent
Reports To
The Customer Success Agent will report to Ride Room Manager.
Job Overview
Customer Success Agent will assist potential guest on the phone to complete our online application and obtain a prequalification before coming into appointment.
Obtaining a prequalification before coming in will minimize time at the location and give guest a fast and easy buying experience and will give Ride Room a larger selection of applications to prequalify from and bring in qualified potential buyers.
Responsibilities and Duties
The CSA must be able to:
Ability to use a business computer
Serve our customers with great attitude
Generate Outbound Calls
Prequalify potential customers
Generate Appointments
Consistent follow up with our customers
