The primary responsibility of this position is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information to customers and provide superior customer service throughout the sales process to achieve CSI.

Follow up with customers after the sale and deliveries to ensure the customer is satisfied to positively impact customer loyalty.
Achieve customer satisfaction targets as assigned by management.
Provide and offer customers comprehensive product information throughout the sales process.
Assist sales associate on follow-up with current and future customers by the means outlined by management, such as floor time, phone ups, mail, and personal visits.
Eagerly engages customers in identifying issues, options, and desired outcomes.
Develops a clear picture of the needs and best options from the customer’s perspective.
Explain and demonstrate automobile features, applications, and benefits to customers on new cars and E-deliveries.
Introduce and maintain customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership’s service department.
Contacts all customers following the sale to ensure that their dealership experience was a good one and encourage survey submission.
Responsible for administering and completing survey invitation list.
Maintains incoming new unit’s log.
Represent the dealership(s) in a friendly, professional manner.
Assist with projects on an as needed basis.
Enforce safety precautions specific to work area.
Supervise the support staff including cashiers and receptionists.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this position.
Previous automotive sales or customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affect your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
