Job Responsibilities
Will contact prior service customers from provided lists
Upon contact you will verify and update other contact information
Will then review current service intervals needed on their vehicle
Will review prior previously declined services to add to upcoming appointment
Will review any open safety recalls to add to upcoming appointment
Will work with our rental car department for scheduling a Toyota Rental Car
Will record appointments inside dealership system
Will record contact responses and such in system
Will contact 75-100 customers per day
Work well in a team environment to provide customers a top level experience
Will answer inbound service phone calls for scheduling appts
Will answer inbound service status phone calls and direct to appropriate party
Skills/Qualifications
Easily absorb hands-on training
Ability to follow provided word tracks and instructions
Enjoy following standard processes vs a free-for-all, hap-hazard environment
Enjoy and are able to project a happy, joyful, and caring spirit through the phone .

Job Requirements
High school diploma/GED
Basic computer skills
Must have valid driver's license
