_Draft Beer Technician_
Draft Beer System Quality Technician
BrewTru Beverage Services is looking for a full time Draft Quality Technician with an opportunity to become a certified Draft System Technician.
This position is trained on all line cleaning and basic draft system maintenance.
The Draft Quality Technician cleans and maintains draft systems across the Oklahoma City Metro area and is responsible for the occasional remote route.
Most importantly this position holds to the highest integrity and customer service standards to provide the best possible draft system maintenance to BrewTru's network of contracted bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
Responsibilities:
-Builds and maintains appropriate and effective relationships with customers
-Cleans all draft components to the Draught Quality Manual and Brewer's Association standards, every time
-Maintains professional appearance at all times
-Maintains positive attitude while working efficiently and accurately
-Ensures keg rooms, bar area, and any workspace is returned to a better state than it was found
-Notifies Draft System Technician or direct supervisor of any draft system issues and works to troubleshoot and take immediate and appropriate action
-Follows all documentation procedures
-Is always punctual and ready to work scheduled shifts
-Practice safe driving habits
-Follow all state and national driving safety regulations and standards
Qualifications:
-Demonstrable track record of excellent customer service
-Excellent time management and communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
-21 years of age or older
-Valid driver’s license
-Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and lift up to 85 pounds
-Ability to work flexible hours (mostly weekday mornings)
-Previous draft beer and draft system experience preferred, but not required
-Must pass background check and have clean driving record
