What You will Do Customer Advocate - You are the difference between a happy customer and a disconnected phone line.
Our customers deserve the absolute best service when calling in and we know that you can be part of that solution.
On average you will take about 30 calls from our customers across the country.

Experience – High school diploma or equivalency is required.
We also require at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Communication – The ability to communicate professionally and politely, verbal and written, in both Spanish and English is Required.
(The ability to successfully pass a fluency test is required to be considered for the Bilingual opportunity).
