``` Childcare Provider Duties: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise and engage children in play, both indoors and outdoors - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Change diapers and assist with toilet training - Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management techniques when necessary - Maintain a clean and organized childcare area - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress Requirements: - Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, or classroom setting - Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities - Ability to manage multiple children of different ages simultaneously - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Reliable transportation to commute to the childcare location Skills: - Experience working with children of various ages, from infants to toddlers to preschoolers - Ability to provide a nurturing and caring environment for children - Knowledge of behavior management techniques for children - Familiarity with educational activities for early childhood development - Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or childcare settings We offer competitive pay rates and a supportive work environment.
