Very heavy extra large rare to find matching Rockport Maple by Temple Stuart 1961 Exquisite solid maple round top end table cabinets with octagon bodies.
Many cabinet tables this style has a single door designed to appear as two, these have actual double doors.
I'm not sure how long production of these model table ran, as with modern furniture that can be a few years to in excess of a decade.
One table has the m/d/y beneath it.

You can tell when particularly the top of a furniture piece is or isn't solid wood because there's generally a seam and pressed wood is inlayed in that area, then the border and bottom are generally real hard wood.
Sometimes good stuff, just not solid wood.
These extra large delightful tables are quite big like back when! Back when many cars were big as boats, measures 22" high, 26" wide.
The one on the left has notable wear to the top of the finish and the front legs easy to refinish or touch up only the wear places verses the entire thing - Restor is a very good finish blending/restoring product available in multiple colors that makes the finish in some cases look excellent or neat excellent.
The finish of the one on the right is in pretty condition, some finish wear on the legs.
Use both tables as lamp end tables or use one in one space or area, and the other in another! The one on the left came from a nice couple and had been acquired from the grandmother.
The one on the right came from a lovely 91 year old local gal who was relocating; she also had Temple Stuart server with these pulls and style legs.
