Family Law Attorney

*Job Description* *FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY* Do you believe your hard work should be rewarded? Bedlam Law is looking for an exceptionally dynamic, highly motivated, self-starter with at least five (5) years of experience in Family Law.
This person will help our team provide strategic legal support and guidance for clients in Family Law Matters.
The ideal candidate is a person that not only knows how to practice law but is interested in growing a business.
The right person will have knowledge of how a billing practice works and the desire to improve on the status quo while providing an exceptional service to our clients.
Bedlam Law is in Yukon, Oklahoma and the practice focuses primarily in Central Oklahoma.
This position offers a competitive starting salary commensurate with experience including 401-K after 4 months and options for health insurance.
Additional compensation is available for persons with an exceptional work ethic, job performance and ability to generate new clients.

*Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:* * Willingness and ability to manage and be responsible for individual case load.
* Willingness to prepare and draft legal documents necessary to manage a Family Law case load to include petitions, answers, temporary orders, decrees, discovery, letters, emails, and all other documents needed to manage assigned cases.
* Willingness to correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases in a professional manner.
* Ability to interview witnesses for court cases and prepare witnesses to testify.
* Ability to ensure the accuracy and quality of documents prepared.
* Ability to timely appear in court on all assigned cases.
* Willingness to manage all aspects of assigned cases.
* Must possess the skills to conduct legal research and writing.
* Ability to generate new cases, meet and interview clients.
* Desire to work in a team environment.
* Willingness and ability to work well with others.
* Willingness to embrace a resolution minded approach while advising clients and working with opposing counsel.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.
00 - $130,000.
