POSITION SUMMARY
Under moderate supervision, the Paralegal FAA Clerk assists the Aviation practice with projects related to the aviation industry.
As a member of a professional support staff team, this position will also promote and maintain the good will and reputation of the Firm and maintain the highest level of professional conduct and confidentiality.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Assist with preparing closing/filing packages
Deliver documents from the office to the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (FAA Registry) in Oklahoma City a few times a day
Return records and documents to the office
Log records and prepare for closings
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Perform other duties as requested

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Degree Required.
Associate’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional office setting required, and 3+ years’ preferred.
Computer Skills: Skilled with MS Office Suite and other office products.
Certificates & Licenses: Certification as a Legal Assistant is preferred.
Other Requirements: Must have dependable transportation and will be required to pass a FAA security clearance.
Detail-oriented and maintain confidentiality of records and information.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work environment is in a professional office setting.
The majority of activity this role performs will consist of driving documents between both the firm and the FAA Registry in Oklahoma City.
