The Location: Revenue Management Solutions, LLC.
is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The RMS Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company is conducting its business in full compliance of with applicable national laws, including regulations.
The position will involve the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures and best practices within the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors and/or customers the timely completion of any compliance related audit activities.
Lead contact for the Annual SOC Compliance Audit.
Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Create, modify, update and implement the company’s policies.
Develop risk mitigation strategies.
Design control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies.
Design and administer ongoing training programs for employees of the business.
Communicate with other department leaders to ensure that all business operations are in line with the business policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
Good grasp of industry processes and existing business regulations.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to solve problems when they arise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education/Experience
A bachelor’s degree in business management, legal studies, business administration, project management or a similar field of study.
Additional certifications in the field of compliance and administration are a bonus.
Should have at least 3 years of experience in a professional setting, particularly in the realm of compliance.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, rules and regulations is greatly preferred.
