TITLE 42 (OKLAHOMA CITY)

Snap Title 42 has all the connections to expedite your title needs much quicker then most.
The process has changed since November.

It usually takes about 4 weeks from the time our office receives your information of the property in question before a notice of approval is issued when the proper paperwork is performed and filed correctly.
There are certain circumstances that may prolong the process.
If our office needs to request a dmv print out from another state to track down last registered owner, it will take additional time depending on which state we are dealing with.
This information is needed before the process can begin.

(If there are no liens on record we suggest the Court Ordered Title Approval procedure which is much quicker).
This new procedure makes it much more difficult for anyone to attempt the process of TITLE 42 without being denied.

If you purchased a vehicle and was given a bill of sale, and no liens on record or have a lien release, a Court Ordered Title Approval is your best solution in obtaining a legal title in your name.
If the Judge approves your paperwork, he gets paid.
If the Oklahoma Tax Commission finds an old lien from another state, it is your responsibility to provide the lien release.
There will be no refunds given.
