Oscar is a black and gray Yorkie Poo with a lot of hair.
He's very timid and will not come to you.
He is an anxious dog and foams at the mouth when he's scared.
It is an anxiety condition.
HE is up to date on his shots.
He was wearing another dog's tags from a veterinarian clinic in Newkirk.
