Found very loving young dog (Oklahoma City)

Black & Tan.
Greeted me at my door when I went to work this morning and when I came back home.
Very friendly.
My neighbors say its been in our neighborhood for about a week now.
Its made a bed on my porch, lol.
Its been on two other porches near by but they chased it off.
I can't bring myself to be that cruel.
Even if this isn't your dog please have room in your heart to give him a home.
I already have two fur babies and can't take on another for health reasons.
He is wearing a collar but no tag.
We think he may have just been "dumped" in our neighborhood.
