Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Provide strategic financial planning and analysis to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board of directors
- Manage the budgeting process and monitor financial performance
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support
- Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial principles
- In-depth knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards) and financial regulations
- Experience in investment management and portfolio analysis
- Proficiency in account analysis, financial planning, and strategic planning
- Familiarity with accrual accounting, financial accounting, and cash flow analysis
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication skills to present financial information clearly and concisely
