Needing to rent a room asap

Hi I'm Anita 46 years old I have a cat Kit-Kat she's very clean and can stay in my room with me.
I'm quiet keep to myself and stay in my bedroom most of the day ill pick up after myself and keep your home clean.
I'm very spiritual and honest I do not smoke I won't have company over either.
I can pay $350 or $400 or so.
Preferably a female to rent from.
