Hello, I am currently seeking accommodation and I am interested in meeting you and viewing the room for rent you have advertised.
I'm a 33 year old female.
I'm a quiet, respectful tenant.
I rarely have guests and do not have loud or disruptive activities in my home.
If you'd like I can have the rent paid directly in your name so there won't be a problem with paying rent on time.
