In Oklahoma, this new Stretch Zone studio joins the already-open Stretch Zone at North Penn Plaza (across from the Penn Square Mall) and Chatenay Square (south OKC).
```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Stretch studio operations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets set for the studio
- Ensure sales leads are scheduled promptly.
Deliver a best-in-class stretch demonstration with complete assessment
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train and supervise assistant general manager and stretch practitioners
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner
- Develop social media strategies that support the marketing process
- Participate in community events that lead to lead generation
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and wellness industry
- Solid understanding of anatomy
- Bachelors degree in exercise science or kinesiology required, or other on-the-job experience providing assisted stretching
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in employee orientation, training, and development
- Proficient in sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
