I am a mature female looking to share 2 bed/2 bath home.
It is only 950sf, so single individual only, preferably over the age of 35.
No smoking in the home, no pets, as I have 2 dogs-2 German Shepherds that you will have no responsibility in caring for.
Must be a mature individual, respectful, employed/steady income, responsible, no parties, no addictions, help with household chores and lawn, if needed.
Includes full size bed, dresser, vanity/dresser and nightstand.
All bedding included.
Use of bathroom is shared.
I have everything you need that you are welcome to use.
Washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, towels, etc.

If you don’t have it, I promise that I do!
$550 rent plus $250 deposit (refundable with 30 days notice) with all bills paid.
Deposit must be put down to secure room for later move in date.
Rent includes: ALL BILLS PAID, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and internet.
