Account Executive, Ticket Sales

DBH are seeking multiple Ticket Sales Account Executives across our member clubs.
Account Executives are critical to the success of our organization and are often at the forefront of all customer service efforts.
Whilst in the role, Account Executives will develop the skills needed to succeed in the sports industry whilst gaining exposure to all commercial aspects of professional sports.

You Will: Create revenue for your organization via group sales, season ticket sales and facility rentals Make 500+ cold calls per week – extensive phone work including incoming, outgoing and follow-up calls Service current customers; build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers Represent DBH and its member clubs with the utmost professionalism at games, community events and special events Follow DBH’s formatted phone presentations, ticket sales approach and strategy Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game Achieve and exceed set sales goals established by leadership teams Report and track calls and sales with DBH’s CRM system Other duties as required A proven track record in building quality relationships A strong desire to learn and grow your professional career A proactive approach to problem solving and customer service A positive attitude A proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to work long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays
