DeatschWerks, a leading manufacturer of performance fueling systems in the automotive aftermarket industry, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated *Digital Marketing Specialist* to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will plan, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
The *Digital Marketing Specialist* will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital channels.
*ROLE:*
* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and content marketing.
* Working with marketing team to develop social media marketing campaigns
* Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
* Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
* Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and website content.
* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.
* Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
* Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
* Optimizes stories to boost engagement metrics like clicks, shares, traffic, view, etc.
* Content management and scheduling
* Website management and updates.
*Experience, Skills, and Education*
* 3+ years of professional content management experience, including social media, email marketing and website.
* Strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry, trends and new developments.
* Fluency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
* Strong time management skills, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
* Excellent written communication skills
* Experience with email production, distribution and database management using MailChimp or similar email marketing solutions.
* Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
* Knowledge and interest in performance automotive is preferred
* College education preferred but not required
