Ayden Capital has become one of the top home buying companies in OKC.
This is attributed to the constant learning in a team environment along with becoming experts in home values, rental values, market trends, contract law, construction costs, and negotiation tactics.
The owners of AC have more than a decade of experience in investment real estate in multiple different markets.
Together they have purchased well over 1000 different investment properties before Ayden Capital was even an idea.

*Responsibilities* * Analyze and interpret what a good deal is.
* Meet with contractors and lenders for different projects.
* Convert in house leads that are provided into successful purchase contracts.
* Maintain accurate records and copies of contracts.
* Learn the local RE laws to become an expert in contract law and keep up with any changes.
* Have exceptional negotiation and communication skills for both buying and selling.
* Network and generate buying leads that are not provided directly to you and convert those into a purchase contract.
* Develop relationships with sellers, funds, RE agents, and wholesalers.
* Acquire and maintain an investor database for the dispositions of investment properties.
* Learn the costs of all types of home repairs and updates.
* Inspect houses before you contract them without a general contractor and correctly identify all repair costs.
*Important Things to Know* * You get back what effort you put into this job tenfold.
* This is not a normal 9-5 desk job, you will be in and out of the office daily.
* Commission is uncapped with huge growth potential not available anywhere else.
* This is a 100 percent commission job as you will be a 1099 independent contractor.
* You will be required to obtain an active real estate license within 120 days from your start date.
* Our closings are very fast, so you can get paid quicker than most others in this field.
We are expanding fast, and we only promote from within.
