Job Description:
As a Roofing Canvasser your focus will be to generate leads and cultivate potential customers through proactive door-to-door canvassing and strategic marketing efforts.
Representing our company in various neighborhoods and communities, you'll engage homeowners and property managers in meaningful conversations to assess their roofing needs and introduce them to our services.
This role demands outstanding communication skills, a personable demeanor, and a comprehensive knowledge of roofing products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted door-to-door canvassing campaigns in designated neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule roofing assessments.
Initiate and maintain conversations with homeowners and property managers, effectively identifying their roofing requirements and highlighting our company's offerings.
Provide clear and detailed explanations of our roofing products, materials, and service options, addressing any inquiries or concerns from potential customers.
Gather accurate contact information and relevant details from interested parties for seamless follow-up by our sales team.
Maintain meticulous records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up.
Distribute marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and business cards to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective clients.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
