Licensed Journeyman Electrician

```Duties``` - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout and installation of electrical systems - Perform frame carpentry work as needed to support electrical installations - Install and troubleshoot low voltage systems, including security systems and fire alarms - Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and HVAC technicians, to ensure proper coordination of electrical work - Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity - Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, using testing instruments and hand tools - Follow all safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations while performing electrical work ```Experience``` - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyperson Electrician in a commercial or industrial setting - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation - Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) - Experience working with low voltage systems, including security systems and fire alarms - Familiarity with industrial electrician work, including motor controls and logic controllers - Ability to perform basic frame carpentry tasks to support electrical installations - Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for identifying and resolving electrical malfunctions Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on the needs of the company.
