Journeyman Plumber- Project Manager

We are seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our team as a Project Manager for a new Multi Family project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing a variety of plumbing tasks, including installation of sewer lines, water pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
The ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations, as well as experience in the installation and maintenance of water systems.
The ideal person for this job should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities: * Oversee the installation of new plumbing systems.
* Oversee and test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues, prior to city inspection.
* Oversee and supervise install of plumbing fixtures following Plumbing code.
* Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
* Troubleshoot plumbing problems and make necessary repairs.
* Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
* Ability to use or learn to use Procore * Ability to use or learn to use SiteAudit Pro Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.
00 - $35.
